We currently offer refunds only. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless otherwise required by applicable law.

To be eligible for a refund review, you must contact us within 5 days in any of the following situations:

- your order is marked as delivered, but you did not receive it;
- the latest estimated delivery date has passed and your order still has not arrived;
- the item arrives damaged;
- the item arrives defective; or
- the wrong item is delivered.

Requests made outside these timeframes are generally not eligible for review.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refund requests may be reviewed in situations such as:

- the item arrives damaged;
- the item arrives defective;
- the wrong item is delivered; or
- the item does not arrive.

We may ask for supporting information before making a decision, including photos, videos, tracking details, or other order-related information.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we may ask you to first check with the carrier, your local delivery office, or the delivery location before we complete our review.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for:

- change of mind;
- incorrect orders placed by the customer;
- incorrect shipping information provided by the customer;
- delays caused by the shipping carrier after dispatch, unless the order is considered lost or not delivered;
- minor differences in color, packaging, or appearance that do not affect the basic function of the product; or
- issues caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow product instructions.

4. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, we will issue the refund within 1 to 5 business days.

Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account can vary depending on your original payment method, PayPal, your bank, or your card issuer.
